The Atlanta Percussion Symposium is a four-day camp designed to offer advanced high school, collegiate, and post-graduate/professional percussionists an intensive, hands-on experience with some of the top educators, performers, and composers in the United States.
Activities include …
- private and group lessons with world class instructors,
- master classes,
- clinics,
- student and faculty performances, and
- technique labs focused on all aspects of orchestral and soloist keyboard percussion.
- High school participants will play in keyboard percussion ensembles directed by Symposium faculty.
Each participant is expected to have a minimum of two solo works or etudes in progress to be used in lessons, masterclasses, and possible performances.

Eligibility: The Atlanta Percussion Symposium is open to advanced high school, collegiate, and post-graduate/professional percussionists. Register as early as possible so that we may plan for necessary staff, equipment, and materials.
