Welcome to the Lassiter Bands Concert Season Registration

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! 

Online registration NOW OPEN for those participating in Concert Band 2022-2023 school year.

  • Students taking a band class during the school day, are a part of the Lassiter Concert Band. Please register your student so we have all the necessary contact information and be sure to sign up for the Eblasts as this is the only way to receive important information about the Concert Band. 
  • A new Registration is required for each school year and each student must be registered individually.
  • Concert Fees of $150 are due December 1st. These fees are for uniform rental (accessories are an additional cost), Symphonic Band Camp in January, and for guest conductors and instrumental teachers who are brought in during the year to work with students.
  • If your student is currently registered for marching band, no concert registration is needed. Just be sure to register for marching band and concert band during marching band registration. Concert fees of $150 is still required.

 

Reserve Your Spot Today by completing the registration forms by May 6th and submitting the $150 Deposit by December 1, 2022. 

Please note the payment schedule and the due dates for each for each “station.” You may complete items/pay fees prior to the due dates.

STEP 1  – DOWNLOAD/COMPLETE PERMISSION AND MEDICATION FORMS

These completed forms will be uploaded during registration. Save these forms with your student’s First and Last Name as part of the filename.

 

STEP 2 – PREPARE FRONT/BACK COPY OF STUDENT’S MEDICAL INSURANCE CARD

Save as photo or .pdf format with your your student’s First and Last Name as part of the filename. This file will be uploaded during registration.

 

STEP 3 – CREATE STUDENT ACCOUNT

CLICK HERE to complete this short form to create your student account.  Once complete, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE PRIVATE LINK TO YOUR STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM. Check your Spam folder if you do not receive the link email.

 

STEP 4 – COMPLETE STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM. LINK IN YOUR EMAIL (CHECK SPAM FOLDER)

 

STEP 5 – PAY $150 DEPOSIT
